Service Timeframes & Deliverables
The turnaround time depends significantly on the complexity of the project. Simpler repairs may take several business days, while more involved custom paintwork or complex 3D design and printing can range from one to four weeks, or potentially longer for highly intricate projects. We will provide an estimated timeframe after evaluating your specific requirements. If you have a deadline, please inform us at the earliest opportunity, and we will advise if accommodation is feasible. Quality workmanship requires adequate time.

For parts that are unavailable (particularly for older or discontinued kits), we can often utilize our skills and 3D printing capabilities to fabricate precise replacement parts that integrate seamlessly with the original model.
Pricing & Guarantees
Pricing is calculated based on several factors, including the estimated hands-on time required (preparation, assembly, painting, detailing), the cost of necessary materials (specific paints, 3D printing resin, potential aftermarket parts), and the complexity of the techniques involved. We provide a detailed, itemized quote for your approval prior to commencing any work.
Yes, we stand by the quality of our work. Structural repairs performed by us are guaranteed against the same failure under normal handling conditions for a period of 90 days. Custom-fabricated parts and 3D prints are guaranteed against material or manufacturing defects for 6 months. Should an issue arise directly related to our workmanship within the guarantee period, we will rectify the matter. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, or improper storage after the model has been returned to you.
